What you'll learn: the best kind of stool to work with (and why), plus how to adjust yourself and the stool to deliver strokes with ease and comfort. You'll also learn the principles of delivering kneeling strokes from standing, including how to work the legs and arms without needing to kneel. On completion you will be certified in Zero Strain Massage: No Kneeling, and will receive a physical full-colour manual containing the strokes and principles you have learned. 

Pre-requisites: you must have completed the three-day Zero Strain Massage course (or the old NO HANDS PRACTITIONER training) to attend this course
