Zero Strain - Outstanding Communication - Community - Structural Healing

The 4Elements Company offers massage training courses and bucketloads of support to massage therapists and bodyworkers wanting to:

• Deliver Massage in a way that is completely zero strain - avoiding career ending injury 
• Use Transactional Analysis-informed communication models - to offer "next level" treatments to clients, and avoid the many MANY potential dramas that can unfold
• Be part of a supportive and passionate community of fellow therapists - across the world
• Work in a way specifically designed to build Resilience & soothe trauma - getting to the very root of the problem

Our 4Elements Touch Therapy Certified therapists have completed training across all four areas however we welcome therapists who are interested in specific aspects too. We offer a Find a Therapist service for anyone wanting to find a practitioner who is onboard with these foundational principles and joins our Association. Find your local therapist here.

Standing on the Shoulders of Giants

The 4Elements Company is owned and run by Tigger MacGregor.

Everything we offer is built on the phenomenal foundational work and developments in the world of Touch, bodywork, psychology and healing over several millenia. Our key contributors and influences are listed here. 

Having qualified as a Massage therapist in 2005, Tigger started training in NO HANDS Massage (in many ways a pre-cursor to 4Elements Touch Therapy) in 2006 and went on to become a trainer and Company Facilitator, working closely alongside NO HANDS founder, Gerry Pyves, for well over a decade.

In 2021 Tigger agreed to purchase the NO HANDS Massage Company as was and, with significant contributions from her late business partner and friend, Wendy Murray, decided to set up the 4Elements Company in 2024. 

The shift to the 4Elements Company is more than "just a name change" (the NO HANDS Massage Company has been formally wound up). 

• All the phenomenal zero strain Massage previously taught as NO HANDS is now available through the company's Zero Strain Massage courses
• The Transactional Analysis communication models and tools are now available to all bodyworkers, whether they've done any Zero Strain Massage training or not, through the Communication Mastery for Bodyworker training
• Knowledge developed to soothe trauma and build resilience is available to all Massage therapists and bodyworkers in our Touch for Resilience courses, and at a deeper, more advanced level in our 4Elements Touch Therapy certification
• Our warm, supportive and practical Association community is now available to everyone, whether they have trained with us or not
